Shirley Wong

Shirley ist hauptberufliche Zirkuskünstlerin mit Spezialisierung auf Luftakrobatik. Nach ihrer Ausbildung an der Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts arbeitete sie zunächst als professionelle Tänzerin, bevor sie 2012 die Aerial Arts für sich entdeckte. Heute verbindet sie in ihren Arbeiten Aerial Rope, Silks und Multicorde mit zeitgenössischer Bewegungskunst.

Als eine der führenden Aerial-Performerinnen und Coaches Asiens trat sie bereits in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong und Hungary auf und unterrichtete international in Europa, Australien, Mexiko und den USA.

Shirley is a full-time circus artist specializing in aerial acrobatics. Trained at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, she worked professionally as a dancer before discovering aerial arts in 2012. Her work combines aerial rope, silks, and multicorde with contemporary movement and circus artistry.

As one of Asia’s leading aerial performers and coaches, she has performed in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Hungary, and has taught internationally across Europe, Australia, Mexico, and the United States.
